With paint and coatings being at the core of TCP Global, the Restoration Shop and Custom Shop lines of products were crucial to get right. Of the 11 different products that I had the privilege of re-designing, these ones were those that stood out the most. Each label is printed with a rich black background on high gloss paper to give it a truly custom and top-shelf look. These labels go onto thousands of cans every single month and it costs about $20,000 a year in printing alone. Technical work is rarely “pretty” in a colloquial sense but it requires dedication, attention to detail, and tremendous focus. Many high-end body shops across the United States have seen these labels. Everything was created with Illustrator.
