Though it can seem like the world ended in spring of 2019, business carried on for quite a number of companies – as I had recently earned the title of Essential Worker, we got to work and developed an entire product line of masks, gloves, face shields, and more under the brand umbrella of Salon World Safety. Though I didn’t make the core of the brand, I did create all of the branding and product packaging, advertisements, and imagery for nearly all of the collateral. Salon World Safety products net well over 1 Million dollars per month through Amazon alone. To this day, it stands as one of the most successful product lines in TCP Global’s history. All items were designed in Illustrator and Photoshop as needed.
The Finished Product
Covid hit a lot of people really hard and my heart goes out to those who lost someone they loved. No one ever thinks that a once-in-a-lifetime event will happen in their lifetime. I’m just glad that I got to try and be part of the solution, even if it was indirectly. I personally wear these masks every day in the office and give boxes to my friends and family when they ask. Remember to wash your hands and be well. Hopefully, we won’t need these for too much longer.
